A 17 year old female resident of suryapet came to the casuality with the chief complaint of

CHIEF COMPLAINT
Fever since 1 week
Weakness since 4 days

HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 week back when she developed a fever which was not associated with body pains, headaches,chills,or diarrhoea

On the same day she had a episode of vomiting immediately after eating lunch which consists of food particles
The next two days she had no fever but developed tiredness
The third day she visited a hospital in suryapet and was told she had low platelet count
As the count did not increase but further fell she has come to our hospital
