A CASE OF SHORTNESS OF BREATH

A 28 year old female from Sagar ,a farmer by occupation presented to the casuality with
Chief complaint
Shortness of breath since 3 days
Tingling and pain in wrists bilateral since 3 days
Epigastric pain since 3 days

History of presenting illness
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 
When she developed sob grade 4
She was just sitting when it suddenly started
Immediately she also developed tingling sensation along with pain and was unable to extend the wrist

Past history
N/K/C of 
Diabetes
Hypertension
Tuberculosis
Asthma

Married 12 years ago

A CASE OF MULTIPLE JOINT PAINS UNDER EVALUATION ASSOCIATED WITH POTASSIUM IMBALANCE

A 31 years old female,who is a house wife ,came from janagon district with complaints of  Cheif complaints : Deformity of bilateral knuckles  Loss of sensation in upper limb and lower limb with neck five days back Came for management  HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 1 year ago,and then she developed pain in right hand follow by ulnar deviation of fingers at second metacarpalophalengeal joint and progressed to 3rd,4th and 5th metacarpalophalengeal joint in a period of 1 month.
